Achieve Sales numbers for the states being handled.  Must have field experience in the respective area and good market knowledge / intelligence of the area being handled. Network expansion - Distributor appointments and monitoring their performance. Secondary retail network expansion and monitoring.
Good managerial skills for developing the new business and leading the team
Achieving Product mix targets for the designed area, Brand promotion through local activation like Meets, campaigns, Point of sale promotions etc.
Fiscal management - Manage trade receivables within approved credit policies of the organization
